I was grateful to be able to walk in at the Pasadena location. The receptionist was very efficient and accommodated my wanting to get chest x-rays before having to go to West Covina next week which would have been my original appointment. I got in quickly and avoided the stress of getting my x-rays done in time for my surgery pre-op checkup.

My mom was nervous about this scan and the tech understood and made sure she understood what the PET scan was for and how he would prep her up. My mom came out of there stating the tech was the nicest and kindest person she has dealt with since her cancer diagnosis. I am sorry but I cannot recall the young man's name.

All of the techs did a great job/ the one suggestion that I have is that you need to specify which building you are located in. We arrived at night and on our instructions it didn't say if Hill was located in the North or south building. We walked about to the entrance of 10 congress and then couldn't get out to the street. We were almost ready to leave and when we walked completely around the bldg. I spotted a sign on the wall that showed us where the office was located.
