I have had an appointment for several weeks. I got two reconfirming emails plus a phone message reconfirming the correct date/time, however when I arrived at designated time there was no appointment, it had been changed to October. The checkin in person very quickly reinstated my appointment and I was in and out in minutes. Check in and procedure very good, reservation process and subsequent follow-up needs some help.

It was difficult to get an MRI appt and when I did the machine went down and they had to postpone an urgent MRI request for a week with no other site available in the SG valley. When I went, they did not really explain the contrast/no contrast procedure and seemed to think I had had this breast MRI procedure before, which I had not. I finally asked someone what to expect during the MRI. The technician that inserted the IV missed the first two attempts and we had to switch arms. He got it on the 3rd attempt. Always a pleasant experience. The customer care representative were knowledgeable & helpful. The MRI technician talked briefly about the process. The entire staff were courteous and efficient. The facility was very clean and comfortable.
