Upon arriving the electronic check in made it easier to get started. When I was called, I did present my insurance card & ID plus the authorization. The wait was not very long. As usual the staff is great and I was treated with courtesy. The ultra sound technician was very communicative with me and understanding of my discomfort. She did her best to minimize the discomfort. I was allowed time to clean up and get dressed before leaving. The facility was pristine.
