As a treatment site, the personnel were helpful, cordial and there seemed be sufficient numbers. As a physical entity: not nearly good enough relationship between the medical arts buildings and the parking structure. I have peripheral polyneuropathy and it took me over 30 minutes to maneuver my walker from the second level to the imaging center. The lot checkout “closet” is so badly designed that somebody has to be around to help the patients pay the none-too-cheap fees.
