I had a wonderful experience. Rosario came to get me from the waiting room with such a pleasant smile. She started my IV on the first attempt. Tim Pham my technician was polite and caring.and explained each step before proceeding. I felt cared for. As a former employee I was proud to be a member of this team.

Efficient check-in with friendly & knowledgeable staff, not too long of a wait. Kind and articulate technician, Najoe, with clear information on my procedure. Dr Yoshida (?spelling) was professional good communication with technician & good explanation of all she was doing. After procedure both Najoe/Dr. gave clear instructions as to detailed after care. (Wonder if a copy could be texted, emailed or presented after biopsy in case patient needs reminders?)
