Waited about 20 minutes from time of appointment. Not as punctual as in the past but still not terrible. Technician was friendly and professional.

Waited 20 min pass my appointment time. Person who called me in and asked screening questions was efficient, but not welcoming. Technician asked if I had an MRI before. After I said yes, they didn’t give me anymore directions. I had to ask about my shoes and the length of MRI. (Last MRI was 2 years ago).

Service and Support by the medical staff was excellent. I had no problems with the staff - they provided excellent care. In fact, they went out of their way to ensure the test I was scheduled for was completed on the date and time it was scheduled…which, due to a problem with the schedulers, was on the wrong day and that it was a recurring problem with the test type and the schedulers.
