The desk people were quick and efficient. The wait for the procedure was a little long. But the actual procedure was very pleasant and smooth.
I was called in a timely manner. The nurse put in my IV and directed me in the room. . They were kind not too friendly.
Everything went smoothly. But I don’t like the check-in time being 30 min before I was called in. I come in early for my appointment time anyway. So if you tell me my check-in time, I will be there 10 min even before that.
Very happy with the service, front desk people and technician were very accommodating and very thorough and professional. Respectful and treated me nicely even I was a walked in patient only.
