One of the ladies at the check-in went out of her way to help secure the order (long blond hair with glasses. I think it was Amanda, may be Amy...She is the kind of employee every organization must seek -model employee- Please acknowledge her. Inside, the person who started the IV access was really good, one attempt & she was in, unlike the ones in the past gaslighting the patient accusing patient of having difficult access. Waiting more than 20 minutes after my appointment time was somewhat frustrating, but the medical staff were exceptional. Everyone was kind, respectful and knowledgeable. They were also patient and helpful.
My CT tech and Phlebotomist were very professional, educational, empathetic and did my scan quickly without any problems.
On-time and efficient
Everything went smoothly from the time we stepped inside we were greeted with a friendly welcome and the wait time was reasonable.
