I checked in on line yo submit Id, medical insurance information, answer medical questions, yet I had to still had to do “Express Check”. This requiring me to initial in 2 more places. Then was directed to another person to check me in. This process makes it easier for the office staff not the patients. It was nice that staff assisted the elderly.

Good except you don't have/use a vein finder like Christie. It would have helped. I had to be poked 4 times before the great nurses could find a vein that could take a push. My health procedures, lik many other patients getting CT and PET scans, have made it difficult to find veins.
Staff was excellent, kind and responsive in a respectful manner. Joanna was very responsive in getting my report quickly to my PCP. Thank you for the good customer service. Mary Smith
