Great staff. Moved quickly as she knew I had a full bladder for the ultrasound. It’s the little things! Very professional.

The kiosks to register in were not working but overall they manually checked me in. Service was fairly fast.

Shaun was AWESOME! She was able to reschedule me in on the same day as I requested. Wendy, ultrasound technician, was also fabulous. She helped calm my nerves and was extremely friendly. Even the front desk gentlemen were helpful. Pasadena (Fair Oaks) crew ROCKS!
