Entering and filling out the on line questionnaire was easy thanks to a lovely male volunteer. Got in right away and everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Loved how organized they were.

Appointment was convenient on a Saturday. Staff was great when I checked in and waited no more than five minutes to get called in.
The whole experience was great! Biggest problem was getting there with all the construction in the area. It was to make an appointment. great registration when I got there and very little wait.
