Very long wait, multiple people checked in after me and was assisted before me. Had to ask from desk multiple times about my turn

We do see patients at this location for a variety of different types of imaging exams, so it's possible others were not being seen for the same type of study as you. All that to say, I will certainly pass this along to our management so they can review the processes at our center to determine how we can improve. Check in was efficient and fast, thanks to an employee who offered assistance when I arrived. Wait time for testing was short. Technician who performed the tests, John (Jon? Don’t know his last name), was helpful and friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you!
