Excellent staff!! Especially x-ray technicatians. I do prefer HHI then any other location. Only one request, customer service is SO IMPORTANT!! Most of your clients are old school like me. Please get rid of those ridiculous kiosk!!!!!
Staff is courteous and very accommodating - rad tech was so nice . He assisted my mom from wheelchair and made sure she was safe. Quinn was also very nice in helping the registration process . Thank you both

Every moment while in the Dr’s office was nice, clean.
The ultrasound technician was excellent and answered all my first time questions. She explained what the procedure was as did the radiologist, Dr. Wang (Remove name if not appropriate) which put me at ease. Appreciated all they shared including the After Thyroid Biopsy Instructions.
The procedure was expedient and the technician was polite and efficient. Well done!!
Everything was on time and the technicians were professional and kind!
My anxiety over facing this procedure completely disappeared as I was calmly and respectfully guided through the process by Nickolas and Jason who patiently explained what I would experience.
My appointment was right on time Tech was very skilled and very quick with taking images, knowing I was in some pain standing too long Facility is top notch.
