It was completed within 14 minutes from time I arrived/checked in, which is wonderfully efficient and with great customer service.
I was seen right away. Everyone I had contact with was efficient and very nice.
It was difficult to sign in, seemed confusing. While the wait wasn’t long, it seemed long. The technician was efficient, but rather cool. Hard to evaluate because I am hard of hearing, let people know that I have this problem, but often find that I am ignored. That means communication is repetitive.
The procedure was quick and easy. All of your staff are very professional. The registration process was easy and on time.
It was very easy to log in with the help of the attendant, I am glad he was there to help me. The wait was not very long and the Tech was wonderful and I was out in 15 minutes.
