I checked in on line yo submit Id, medical insurance information, answer medical questions, yet I had to still had to do “Express Check”. This requiring me to initial in 2 more places. Then was directed to another person to check me in. This process makes it easier for the office staff not the patients. It was nice that staff assisted the elderly.
