I do not like the new kiosk check-in. Everybody I observed still needed to have help from the desk. I checked in at 9:45. I was not taken back until 1040. My appointment was at 10:15. I was told there was problem with the paperwork. I don’t know why since I had the order from the doctor with me and the people at the desk had scanned it in. As always, the staff I dealt with were nothing but polite and kind. It was a frustrating experience because I had to wait so long for no apparent reason. I like the new check in process with the iPads. Tech came to get me shortly after arrival. Everyone was very efficient and polite. Results were ready quickly. I would recommend emailing patient to let us know when results are viewable.
