The ultrasound technician was excellent and answered all my first time questions. She explained what the procedure was as did the radiologist, Dr. Wang (Remove name if not appropriate) which put me at ease. Appreciated all they shared including the After Thyroid Biopsy Instructions.

1. The scheduling process was easy and efficient. 2. The pre-registration was especially easy with a representative assisting patients in the reception area. 3.
