I received exceptional customer service from Norma, she went beyond her duty to stay in touch with me and schedule me in for MRI. ( CT Scan was scheduled first) Error was my by the scheduling department, Norma jumped in and helped me through it all during the week of 4 of truly when everything was closed. She reached out to me 3 consecutive days to keep me well informed. Very kind & compassionate individual. thank you
