I really liked the staff and the facility. I was checked in quickly and the tech who performed my ultrasound was so professional and caring. The only feedback is the check in process. I.checked in online and then was asked to check in again using a touch pad, then told to check in again in the wait room. It was confusing, frustrating and there is not a lot of room to stand in line for the touch pads or the front desk. It ended up going very smoothly but I would suggest eliminating one of the three steps. Have people check in... read more
