Receptionist was fantastic - a very polite and good humored younger man (!) who was totally organized and on his game. Sylvia, my ultrasound technician, was excellent: polite, relaxed, constantly inquiring if I was okay, etc. Superb!

I was not happy to have an appointment at 9:30 PM. Thats ridiculous but I needed it and couldnt wait months to get another appointment. Also I brought a friend because as a senior female I didn't want to walk alone in the parking lot. I was told after the fact that I could have parked in the loading only in front of imaging center. Would have been nice to have known that ahead of time. In addition you don't validate! It was $9 to park! I left at 10 pm! Absolutely ridiculous!!!!
