I had to wait a long time. I arrived about 1:10 to check in which went quickly. I sat in the waiting area 50 minutes. Patents were be taken in until about 1:30 then were three of us waiting from 1:35 until 2:00 when we were call called in for our X-rays. I don't know if the technicians were at lunch but sitting with a compressed lumbar vertebrae was painful even though I took pain meds prior to coming. I will certainly pass this along to our management so they can review the processes at our center to determine how we can improve. Again, apologies for the wait and thanks for letting us know.
They did fine except for one thing. I was not told that I needed to be fasting 4 hours prior to the MRI in order to receive some sedation before the procedure. Consequently, I was not able to have the sedation and it was therefore not necessary to bring a friend when I could have driven myself. The long procedure was made a little more challenging for me because of this. Everything else was great.
