Did great! My tech was nice, she just needs to be a little gentler.
I was told to arrive at 10:45, which I did for my 11:15 appointment. I was called back as soon as I sat down, had my CT scan and was walking out the door before 11:15. The front office person and both people in the room with me were pleasant and helpful.
It went well and waiting time was normal.
Staff were professional and extremely helpful.
Michelle was great… explained the procedure and was very professional and caring.
As a treatment site, the personnel were helpful, cordial and there seemed be sufficient numbers. As a physical entity: not nearly good enough relationship between the medical arts buildings and the parking structure. I have peripheral polyneuropathy and it took me over 30 minutes to maneuver my walker from the second level to the imaging center. The lot checkout “closet” is so badly designed that somebody has to be around to help the patients pay the none-too-cheap fees.
