Overall the experience was good except for these two issues. , I had an ultrasound done of a sensitive area. The staff member was polite, courteous and clearly explained what she was doing. She used gel and several nearby areas, and as part of the procedure used two small towels to cover me. When she had finished to said to me. Use the towels to clean yourself off.
