Amazing!! Scheduling a same day appt was great and very helpful!
I was first time to have MRI breast scanning. I felt very nervous and don’t know what to expect from MRI imaging. I was greeted by a friendly nurse or MRI specialist. She asked me if I ever have MRI, I told her never and I am very nervous. She explained the concept of MRI to me in detail. She had made me felt at ease before I went into MRI room. Absolutely great. Could not have been better. Saw me quickly, staff was very courteous and I was in and out in no time!
I have nothing but compliments for the entire staff who were professional and kind from the time I entered and checked in through the time that they've finished my X-rays. I especially want to compliment the two technicians who conducted the X-ray scans: The gentleman had a wonderful sense of humor and great competence in his work and the young lady was conscientious, thorough, careful, and consistently made sure that the experience was comfortable for me and that the scans were most accurate. I walked in for an X-ray and was done in record time. Everyone was very nice and professional.
I was able to get a timely appointment. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful when checking me in for my appointment. The waiting area was pleasant and my wait was reasonable. The x-ray technician was friendly, helpful, and assisted me as needed.
Technician was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I was surprised about how pleasant the visit was.
Very clean, friendly service… couldn’t ask for any thing different!
