The technician who did my CT scan was very professional and explained everything she was going to do and gave me assurance it will be fine. The experience was very smooth and environment / facilities were very clean .

Upon arriving the electronic check in made it easier to get started. When I was called, I did present my insurance card & ID plus the authorization. The wait was not very long. As usual the staff is great and I was treated with courtesy. The ultra sound technician was very communicative with me and understanding of my discomfort. She did her best to minimize the discomfort. I was allowed time to clean up and get dressed before leaving. The facility was pristine.
