The check in was easy. The staff at front desk and CT technician were great.
The technicians were wonderful and patient with me as I felt nervous. My only negative feedback is that I was told when I made the appointment to not eat or drink anything for 4 hours before the appointment. I was ok with fasting, however when I got to the appointment I was told that I should be drinking water. Needless to say, I was on a complete fast and dehydrated.
From the front registration desk to the X-ray technician, everyone very helpful and professional , was seen in a timely manner didn’t wait long .
Anna was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She explained what she was doing, and answered my questions. I was happy having her be the one to do this ultrasound test. She was calm and gentle and attentive to my physical limitations and needs, and I felt confident that she was experienced and was doing a thorough and accurate exam.
Everyone was very pleasant. I wish the MRI machine didn’t make such a high noise.
Great few minutes wait time
My appointment was on time, the technician was both friendly and professional, and the report arrived the same day. Very happy with my visit.
Staff was very friendly and helpful
You all are always so accommodating. This appointment was on short notice. You all took it in stride, processed me through smoothly and with grace, and sent me merrily on my way. Thank you for that. The results of the test: not so happy. But you did your part exceedingly well.
