Very satisfied!
Check in was very easy. There was only 1 lady at the check in desk. She looked overwhelmed. It was very busy.
Staff was courteous. Able to breeze thru my imaging.
Appts are available early in the day, all day as well as evening. CT Scan department was friendly with easy humor, efficient, instructions were easy to follow.
Staff members were prepared for the day. They were helpful and polite.
Service was incredibly fast; I was in and out under 15 minutes. Staff was helpful and friendly.
the actual encounter was great, my tech was fabulous, she introduced.herself, explained the procedure etc. the front office staff was also excellent, but making the appointment and going through authorization was a 5 hour nightmare, and i would appreciate receiving a call from your leadership team so that i may explain some opportunities for improvement. thank you and blessings
