Hello, I checked in electronically and asked for a copy of the personal information that you collect. I was directed to a woman who was very unhelpful. She asked me all my information, dob, name, etc. and was taking so long, I was the only person there that I asked to sit down while she printed that out. A nice man had me move to the X-ray area and I asked him about getting the printed paperwork. He promptly brought it to me. I had a short wait before the tech came and got me.
