I was taken in on time, and the technicians were friendly and gave clear direction. The check-in procedures say to bring a list of current medications, so I did. The technician seemed very confused by this, so tightening up that part would be helpful. If they told me their name, I don’t recall. It was a man. Maybe the first name was Daniel, but I’m not sure.
