Great experience!!! The technicians were so friendly & made me feel at ease
From check in to procedure everyone was a professional.
It was great, as usual. However it’d be nicer to have some time alone in the room (to get dressed and collect one’s belongings) instead of having the worker cleaning the room at the same time.
Prompt and pleasant
Although I went in the wrong door, I was quickly lead to the right area to sign in. Sign-in was very easy and the receptionist was really nice. Waiting was a bit longer than I’d expected, but the waiting area was very comfortable and peaceful. I was lead into the procedure room and prepared. Questions answered, adjustments made (including a blanket for my feet) and additional information given.
