Online check-in was easy, in-person check-in was easy, but most importantly, the staff who interacted with me were polite, professional, and personable. Huntington-Hill is my favorite place to get diagnostic studies because staff always make me feel that I'm a person and that they care about me - and because I like the patient portal where I can have instant, drama-free access to my data.

It took a while on the phone to get someone for an appointment. By filling in my information online beforehand, the checkin process was easy. Really didn’t need to be there 20 minutes before the appointment as stated, but I guess not every patient shows up on time. Anna, the technician, was professional and sensitive. Overall a good experience.
