Front desk assistant was very pleasant and efficient. Thanked me for doing the online check-in and reviewed my insurance and made important updates. Nice to be greeted with a kind and efficient assistant. F nurse took me to a dressing room and explained the process and showed me the locker and told me locker instructions were posted on the locker.
