I was a walk in and my doctor got results later that same day. I was able to start treatment immediately.
All went well. Quick and very pleasant. staff were very nice. Took me quickly.
Great professional and courteous people from start to finish. I had hip x-rays and a CT scan done back to back and everyone did a great job!
The check in was easy. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. From check in to the scan to completion this was a pleasant experience.
I was taken into the MRI section before my appointed time. Everything went like clockwork. I finished early and was taken for my CT scan. That went smoothly as well. I finished before my CT scan appointment. It was a relaxing experience.
The entire experience was pleasant, from the person at the registration desk to the technician who did the X-rays. No issues at all.
The front desk were very nice and professional, efficient and they made me feel comfortable. X-ray technician did not give any instructions on what you needed to do after you had the radioactive injection. I had this procedure before and I was given instructions on what I needed to do regarding using the bathroom…. I will give him the benefit of the doubt, maybe the precautions are no longer in place. All personnel were efficient, friendly. However, Michael was an especially good listener, and made a genuine connection with me as soon as we met. He took into account what I told him I hoped the scan would clarify. (Strange that his name is not listed???)
I was a “walk in” patient waiting for an x-ray. I expected to have a long wait, but I was wrong. I was seen pretty quickly and the staff were very nice and professional.
