Great! Ultrasound tech explained exactly what she was doing. Very concerned for patients’ comfort. Sadly, I can’t remember her name, but she did have a student observing her on Monday.
Courteous, knowledgeable & process was smooth.
Special call-out for Aura who dis both the diagnostic ultrasound and the ultrasound during the biopsy. She answered all my questions and showed me specifically on the ultrasound itself. The biopsy doctor was great and both walked me through the procedure both before and during the procedure - much appreciated and reduced anxiety. The Hill results portal is awesome and I found it easy to use.
Friendly employees and that goes a long way with me.
