On time. Very professional. Only thing I would add is that UCLA uses headphones with music during the procedure which was a nice addition.

The technician was nice and scanned my thyroid thoroughly and was quick, But she was 40 min late when she called me in. I had an 8:00 apt and didn't appreciate waiting so long.
