I had to wait a month for an appt, but when I got there I didn’t have to wait long in the waiting room and the staff was super kind and helpful. The drs and technicians put me at ease, talked me through everything, made sure I was doing ok, etc. I got my results the next day through the patient portal without having to wait for a call from my dr. Overall a really great experience.

I came for a biopsy. I have already told family and friends how organized everything was. The young people at the desk were polite, very accommodating, friendly and efficient. Wendy at the biopsy room made my anxiety go away. She explained what I should expect and put me at ease. She was so knowledgeable about the whole process. The first tech who started me was very informative and explained what I would be feeling to a tee! It made me feel much more prepared for the exam. It was also helpful when he warned me immediately before the sensation was to start
