Self Check in process was quicker, easy convenient, and most of all, earth friendly (saves paper). My appointment was scheduled for 12:45. I arrived early at around 12:15. There was hardly any wait time as I was called before 12:20. Appreciate being called early as opposed to waiting for my appointment time.
