It was a very early appointment but everyone was ready. The staff is very professional. They explained everything.

The technician was careful and excellent. She was friendly and effective. My only complaint is that I was scheduled for a 2:45 p.m. ultrasound, and I was not called until 3:30 p.m. I also did not need to show up 20 minutes early for the appointment. There was one short form to complete, and it took 2 minutes.

The checked in was very good. There was a very short wait time. The technician how performed my ultrasound was extremely good. Parking was very good. I especially loved the help I received from the staff when paying in advance before leaving.
