Everyone was friendly and helpful. Facilities was clean. The only complaint was the IV tech had to search for the vein with the needle inside my arm which was painful and left a huge bruise. 4 days later I still have a huge bruise.

Excellent, hardly any wait time. Arrived fifteen minutes prior to appointment, checked in, was done in twenty minutes.

I waited a hour to be called in and then another 15 min to start my MRI. I had an appointment and I should not have waited this long. Otherwise staff were professional.

Wait time felt long but I did arrive early. Nurse was really nice and answered my questions no problem. Tech was polite and thoughtful but the scan itself was very difficult and I probably should have asked for moving my legs and arms thought I might cramp. Whole process took 3 1/2 hours I was sweating by the end. Anyway pro people process not easy.
