Your staff was extremely professional and very timely. The MRI technician explained the procedure thoroughly and made sure I was comfortable. I had my MRI on a Sunday and I didn’t feel as though they were working short-staffed on a weekend. Loved my experience!

I was scheduled for a pre-op and the first part (EKG, blood test, etc) was totally great. I was in and out in half hour. But then I was sent for chest X-ray downstairs and ended waiting for over an hour for a procedure that takes only 2minutes. If I did not complain they would have kept a lot longer. That should not be the case.

My experience was great. The Tech, Laura, seemed very knowledgeable, and she was friendly. The receptionist was very welcoming and also friendly. Had to wait a little longer than I expected, but I did arrive quite early for the appointment.

Was taken in 20+ minutes after appointment time. Technician was very nice and pleasant. Was cold but she got me a blanket. Sign in process was a bit confusing. Used kiosk but no instruction after completion. Like - should I go wait in the waiting room? Do I need to tell the front desk anything else? Seems like many of those questions could have been completed by survey link on cell phone in advance so I don’t have to stand there for 20 minutes. The wait also was a bit long for one of the first appts in the day.
