The appointment itself was great, but checking in was a bit of a hassle. There was a very long line and I had already waited 15 minutes to check in before someone took the time to alert me that there were self-checkin kiosks.

Your team member is so good, but give us every information you want to know, like the last day of Chemotherapy ,last day of radiation therapy, the last day of Target therapy, I am not computer, I am 67 years old, how can I remember ? Thanks!

The MRI went well. Technicians were kind and efficient. However, my appointment was LATE by ONE HOUR, and nobody bothered to tell me I would be waiting. There is no manager in the evening, and so nobody thought to let me know that there had been technical problems and now they were behind. After 45 minutes I finally started asking and got very vague responses until I pressed for more info. So as far as that goes, I would say poor patient communication.
