Everyone was very kind. The doctor was very thoughtful and caring. It was a relatively painful procedure, but he was as gentle as he could be and other staff were very supportive and caring.

I checked in at 4:30 PM for a 5 PM appointment and was not seen until 5:40 PM. I had to ask if I was still in line before they told me it would just be a few more minutes. It would have been nice to have been updated that they were behind schedule. But everybody was super friendly and professional
