Getting started was a lil slow. A very nice lady from the back. Must’ve saw me in a great deal of pain and checked me in. She took my medical and ID cards and ask me to have a seat. I thought was awesome! I did utilize the check in kiosk. Wasn’t sure if I did it correctly.

Excellent in terms of the appointment scheduling and rescheduling by Jerrica, and particularly in the psychological preparation of my wife as subject of her Brain Pet Scan by Sandy, to avoid even the mild claustrophobia associated with it. Sandy was also outstanding in technically performing the procedure. Although we still do not know the diagnostic outcome, the overall experience so far deserves 5 stars. We hope the report to her physicians will be also fast and precise

I am very pleased. Booking the appointment was easy and I felt very accommodated. The ultrasound tech was gentle and patient. The physician was phenomenal, extremely gentle, informative and a great listener (I hope this message gets to him because he deserves recognition) and his nurse was very kind and confident.
