I received a call that I could come in earlier than my appointment time and that was great. The two front desk representatives were personable, friendly, and helpful, and the two male imaging techs (whose names I wish I recalled) were professional and informative, but also friendly and funny, which made me feel more comfortable. The female imaging tech, who came in when my CT was finished, didn't engage, which is fine and likely perfect for many clients, but I was glad to have the two I did.
