Technician was informative about procedure, kind, reassuring, gentle, and patient. Exam went well. Unfortunately, I don't recall her name but I would choose her (if a choice were to be available) again.

All staff members were attentive and friendly. My appointment started about 45 minutes later than scheduled. The method used for isolating my left shoulder and propping up my left forearm was somewhat uncomfortable, causing some nerve pain in the elbow and numbness in my left hand. The length of the procedure (MRI) was appropriate.

The US technician was professional and gentle. (I’ve had ultrasounds in the past that are painful, due to extraordinary pressure).
