One of the ladies at the check-in went out of her way to help secure the order (long blond hair with glasses. I think it was Amanda, may be Amy...She is the kind of employee every organization must seek -model employee- Please acknowledge her. Inside, the person who started the IV access was really good, one attempt & she was in, unlike the ones in the past gaslighting the patient accusing patient of having difficult access.
