Very polite quick and simple
I was scared of the procedure. I was going to have Julia. I believe her name was very sweet, gentle and kind.. she assured me it would be OK comforted me. She was so great..
You have wonderful people! First, I stopped by a week before to confirm my appointment (there had been some problems with the scheduling service). The people there confirmed my appointment, input my referral and insurance, and checked my other Hill appointments!! Second, I received a call about 2 hours before my appointment letting me know there was an opening, so I was able to finish my appointment before it was even scheduled to begin! All of the staff was great.
Helpful, efficient check-in experience, thanks to the person at the front desk (as opposed to using the tablets -- I'm glad she just called me over). Impressively short wait time and friendly tech. Waiting room was calm and pretty.
My appointment was on time, staff was very professional and cordial, and the results of my test was very fast. Great services. I do not remember the name of the staff who assisted me.
