Reception staff was very friendly, and tech that did the petscan super nice ,friendly,..I was nervous and he put me at ease..very nice..
The staff were all very professional, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. They care about their patients. The technician that performed my ultrasound came across as sincere about explaining the procedure, what I needed to do, when to do it, was friendly and expedient. She did her job well, and I felt comfortable during the procedure.
Waited for 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment before I saw a technician. However, once inside the technician was thorough.
