I initially went to the Breast Center thinking that’s where the imaging was done. I asked one of the receptionists and she went out of her way to direct me to where the Imaging center was . She left her post, came out of the building and pointed me to the imaging center. That was an excellent patient interaction. .

I was met with assistance upon entering (did not have an appointment) I waited only about 20 minutes or 1/2 hour til I was called back. The tech (intern, I’m guessing) was pleasant and polite. So it ended up being a fairly quick process for which I was very grateful.

Front staff was very professional and helpful, I arrived early for my appointment and was taken back right away, the technicians were amazing and put me at ease during the procedure , provided clear and concise directions on what I could expect and what I needed to do
