Check in was very easy as reception was able to check me in as soon as I got there. The technician was very funny, smart and easy to chat with and I felt such ease while in her care

Despite the fact that I was 10 minutes late, the staff was kind enough to accommodate me, a hugely appreciated fact since I had made special arrangements to have friends stay with my ill husband. Thank you. The staff was friendly, professional, efficient and overall great.

Wasn't a big fan of the self check in but it all worked out well All personnel was extremely professional and kind especially the young lady that gave me all the prep instructions in the back I didn't get her name but she was thorough and straight forward she was awesome
