I was on hold for a very long time to make my appointment, but once I reached a person, everything was great! I was able to get a “stat” appointment for next day. I was able to access the radiology report though the patient portal no problem.. My surgeon asked me to obtain a disc of the actual MRI, and that was provided very quickly! You guys were great
